1. The Service
Hodl1099 is record-keeping software. It calculates cost basis, gains and losses, and income from the transactions you provide and presents them in a layout similar to IRS Form 1099-DA and Form 8949. It does not file anything with any tax authority,.
Plans and payment
Up to 15 transactions per tax year are free. Paid plans, in US dollars: up to 100 transactions $19.99; up to 300 transactions $29.99; up to 1,000 transactions $59.99; up to 3,000 transactions $99.00. Each is a one-time payment for a single tax year, raising that year's limit for the report download; nothing renews automatically. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto payments are made in USDC or USDT directly to our address on the network you choose. They are final once confirmed on-chain, and a payment sent on the wrong network or in the wrong token may not be recoverable. For billing questions, email [email protected].
